Listing Management Services

Basic Listing Coordination:
$50 per listing

For agents who desire help getting the listing live and compliant.

Includes:

  • Review paperwork for compliance and upload to your SkySlope Checklist
  • Create the listing on Paragon or convert the temp listing
  • Upload pictures, documents, and set up ShowingTime Instructions

Standard Listing Coordination:
$150 per listing

For agents who want full support from paperwork to marketing launch.

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Send an introductory and just-listed email to clients
  • Schedule sign installation (if using a sign company)
  • Schedule professional photos and staging (if needed)
  • Prepare Just Listed social post templates and post to the agent’s pages
  • Create and send a listing checklist to the agent
  • Weekly feedback reports sent to seller (as applicable)
  • Update MLS (price change, open house, etc) and documents as needed during the listing period


Optional Add-Ons:
$75-150

  • Just Listed postcard mailed to 50 nearest homes (includes postage): $75
  • Just Sold postcard mailed to 50 nearest homes (includes postage): $75
  • Just Listed postcard mailed to 100 nearest homes (includes postage): $150
  • Just Sold postcard mailed to 100 nearest homes (includes postage): $150


Transaction Management Services

Basic Support Package:
$50 per transaction 

Includes:

  • Upload all documents to SkySlope
  • Audit for compliance and missing forms
  • Final file review for closing


Standard Transaction Coordination:
$325 per transaction, $500 for double-sided deals

Perfect for busy agents who want support from the accepted offer to close.

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Introduction email to all parties
  • Branded transaction summary created and monitored
  • Calendar of key deadlines (contingencies, financing, closing, etc.) integrated into the agent’s calendar
  • Coordinate with the title company and lender to ensure a smooth closing
  • Weekly communication with clients and the cooperating agent
  • Scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs (as requested)
  • Track earnest money, amendments, and contingency removals
